Where do you ship?
We're a Canadian-owned pet accessories store building our first collection with U.S. customers as the primary target. We are checking which products our suppliers can actually fulfill to U.S. destinations. Delivery eligibility will be confirmed product by product before orders are accepted. Canadian availability has not yet been finalized either.
What will shipping cost?
We won't promise flat-rate or free shipping without confirmed supplier costs. Once ordering opens, product-specific shipping charges, applicable taxes and any verified free-shipping conditions will be displayed before payment.
How long will delivery take?
Processing and delivery times depend on the supplier, product and destination. We will show a realistic delivery estimate once it has been checked. At present, we don't advertise guaranteed delivery dates.
